I WANT TO SAY "THANK YOU" TO ALL MY STUDENTS AND OTHER PEOPLE THAT SUPPORTED ME DURING THIS ALMOST 2 YEARS. YOU AE STILL WELCOME TO COME FOR THE CLASSES IN MAY 2018.

LET THE LIGHT BE WITH YOU AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH YOUR PATH. NAMASTE!

Are you an English speaking expat in Milan and want to start yoga? OR are you an Italian who want to develop your English skills? We created English Yoga Milan especially for you.

WHY ENGLISH YOGA MILAN?

Yoga teaches how to breathe in competitive life we got.
Yoga teaches how to calm when out emotions rise.
Yoga teaches how to live when you feel lost.
Yoga is my way of life. Could be yours.

I want to invite you for a deep journey I began with Yoga many years ago. After starting Yoga at the age of 17, my life started to change. I feel better, just better. And I want you to feel it too. BECAUSE YOU CAN CHANGE TOO!

WHO AM I ?

I am Paulina, and I'm your English speaking yoga teacher. My training is composed of a lineage called ISHTA Yoga, I did in Berlin. It is an acronym for the Integrated System of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. ISHTA teaching combines a transformative experience of breath and flowing asana (vinyasa) with anatomically-based alignment for a safe, supportive exploration of breath and body. Tantric philosophy and Ayurvedic principles create a personalized practice that is sensitive to the individual, encouraging each student to find their own yoga with acceptance, curiosity and joy. I mix challenging asana with resting poses for a well-balanced class that combines physical awareness, strength-building and flexibility with mindfulness and relaxation and a bit of humor.

In 2016 I did a specialization Yoga4Cancer to work with people touched by this terrible disease and help them overcome burdensome effects of its treatment. Recently I did further training in Rishikesh, India, where I learned different yoga techniques by Mittra Ravat from ViniYoga Ashram and Yogirishi Vishvketu from Anand Prakash Ashram.

My background is art - dance and performance. For a long time, I was performing in many projects worldwide. But it's yoga that made me feel good against all odds and achievements.
