Healthy Nutrition // REIKI Healing // Ayurveda

Each of you is looking for a balance in life. Yoga can give you this balance, but if you eat unhealthy, are always busy and don't obey of the principles rules of the world - your energy might be disturbed and you might look for other ways how to restore it. This is where Nutrition, Reiki or Ayurveda can help!

On November 2017, I am starting a series of lectures: HEALTHY NUTRITION. These are lectures about the most important subjects: protein, carbohydrates, fiber, oils, why I can't lose weight, antioxidants etc. - all to know how to combine foods and live happily in a healthy body.

Moreover, as a Reiki Practitioner I can use the power of Riki energy to help you heal - both from physical and emotional problems. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

AYURVEDA on the other hand is an ancient Indian science of life that looks for diffrent ways to gain balance in between you body, energy, mind and soul. It is one of my main interests that I spread in life. Both as a yoga teacher and as a human being.

Ayurveda teaches us how to find balance by changing simple habits: diet, way you work, how you relax or sleep and also shows how everything around influence you, on both physical and mental level.
